The Base of Friction-Wear Tester Design I . The Methodology of Friction-Wear Tester Design

This paper studies the friction-wear tester design using design methodology. The demand items tables,function structure chart,design-model box and objective tree of evaluation programme are set up. According to the method described in this paper, the design programme of friction-wear tester and evaluation of approach can be established on the scientific and effective base meanwhile the argument set forth in this article also can be used as the principle for developing CAD (Computer Aided Design) system of friction-wear tester.
