Research Progress on Graphene Doped Ceramic and Metal Self-lubricating Materials

  • Graphene is an excellent lubricating nano-material with unique lamellar structure and many other outstanding properties. In recent years, graphene has attracted the attention of scholars in various fields. In this article, the recent progress on graphene doped ceramic and metal self-lubricating materials were summarized, the mechanism of mechanical and tribological properties affected by graphene was mainly discussed. The manufacture methods and their features were also introduced. Moreover, the state of the art of research was analyzed, and then the issues and suggestions were proposed for the further study.
