碳钢表面渗硼和激光热处理改性层的磨粒磨损性能和机理研究

摘要: 采用固体渗硼与激光热处理复合工艺对 4 5 #钢试样进行表面改性 ,在 4 5 #钢表面得到完整的硼共晶层 ,采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析表面改性处理后的 4 5 #钢试样同 GCr15钢对摩时的磨损表面形貌 ,并考察了其磨损机理 .结果表明 ,经表面渗硼和激光热处理后 ,4 5 #钢表层形成共晶化组织 ,相应的硼共晶表面改性层具有适当的硬度和韧性 ,因而其抗磨粒磨损性能明显改善 ;表面改性处理后的 4 5 #钢试样同 GCr15钢对摩时呈现断裂磨损特征Abstract: Solid boronizing and laser surface treatment is applied to AISI 1045 steel to obtain the boron eutectic layer of proper microhardness and toughness. The wear behavior of the surface modified AISI 1045 steel specimen sliding against SAE 52100 steel in the presence of SiO 2 abrasives was examined with an MM 200 friction and wear tester. The morphologies of the worn surfaces were observed with a scanning electron microscope. The wear resistance of the boron permeated steel specimen is bettered after laser heat treatment. The surface modified layer is characterized by micro cracking and fracture in sliding against SAE 52100 steel in the presence of SiO 2 abrasives.
