几种高温自润滑复合材料的研制与性能研究

Study on the Development and Properties of Several New Type High Temperature Self-Lubricating composites

  • 摘要: 针对某发动机配气阀座和阀体上平衡活塞用材的实际需要,利用中频感应加热的热压法研制出以超级镍合金为基体,以银和石墨为润滑相和以SiC硬质微粒为弥散相的不同配方的几种高温自润滑复合材料,并就其物理机械性能和摩擦磨损性能进行了系统的试验研究与对比,从中筛选出一种制作成配气阀座和平衡活塞,在某发动机的规范工况下正常运行了1200秒,各项技术指标均已达到规定的要求。

     

    Abstract: According to practical demand of a balanced Piston material used for valve seatand valve body of engine,several high temperature seflf-lubricating composites were preparedusing medium frequency hot press process with the super nickel alloy matrix,Ag and graphitelubricating phase and SiC hard particles dispersive phase. The physical-mechanical propertiesand friction-wear performances of the composites were systematically tested.A certain kind ofmaterial,which can be used to make valve seat and piston was selected,has been normally runfor 1 200 seconds at the engine specification conditions and itsvarious performances reach thedefined technical demands.
