非离子表面活性剂体系层状液晶中硫化锌纳米颗粒的抗磨性

Anti-wear Property of ZnS Nanoparticals in Non-ionic Surfactant System Lamllar Liquid Crystal

  • 摘要: 利用层状液晶中溶剂厚度的限定性,在TritonX-100/C10H21OH/H2O体系层状液晶中,分别各以0.1mol/L的Zn(CH3COO)2和Na2S水溶液代替组分水制备出粒径约为10nmZnS颗粒,并对层状液晶中ZnS纳米颗粒的抗磨性能进行了研究,结果表明,ZnS纳米颗粒能提高TritonX-10C10H21OH/H2O体系层状液晶的抗磨性,但对极压性能无影响。

     

    Abstract: ZnS nanoparticles were prepared by mixing of two TritonX 100/C 10 H 21 OH/H 2O lamllar liquid crystals, in which Zn(CH 3COO) 2 and Na 2S were dissolved in the solvent layer of TritonX 100/C 10 H 21 OH/H 2O lamllar liquid crystal. The size of ZnS nanoparticles was less than 10 nm and confined by the thickness of the solvent layer of lamllar liquid crystal. The lubricity of the mixed system of TritonX 100/C 10 H 21 OH/H 2O lamllar liquid crystal and ZnS nanoparticles was evaluated on a ring on block friction and wear tester. As the results, ZnS nanoparticles improve the anti wear ability of TritonX 100/C 10 H 21 OH/H 2O lamllar liquid crystal. However, they have no effect on the extreme pressure properties of the liquid crystal.
