离子液体润滑脂导电性研究

Electrical Conductivity of Ionic Liquids as Lubricating Grease

  • 摘要: 以一定比例的PAO和PAG为基础油,聚四氟乙烯作稠化剂,分别以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(LB104)和1-己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(LB106)离子液体为添加剂,制备离子液体润滑脂,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察铜磨斑表面形貌,采用Lovibond EC110电导率测定仪测量润滑脂室温条件下的导电率,并换算成体积电阻率.研究结果表明:离子液体润滑脂与商业导电脂相比,不但具有良好的润滑性能,同时具有良好的导电性,这为离子液体在电力设备中的应用提供理论和技术支持.

     

    Abstract: Ionic liquid grease were prepared using PAO and PAG as base oil, PTFE as thickening agent, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluoroborate (LB104), and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazollium hexafluoroborate (LB106) ionic liquid as additive, respectively. The morphologies of worn surfaces of the bronzed discs were examined using a scanning electron microscope. The conductivity was measured using Lovibond EC110 conductive instrument, and converted into volume resistivity. The results show that in comparison with the commercial conductive grease, the ionic liquid grease had not only good lubricating properties but also good electrical conductivity. These results of ionic liquids grease provided theoretical and technical support for electrical equipments applications.
