碳钢渗硫层面接触滑动摩擦特性的试验研究

Study on the Friction Behavior of Sulphurized Carbon Steel

  • 摘要: 采用低温离子渗硫方法制备了不同厚度的45^#钢渗硫层材料,利用面接触摩擦试验装置测定了在不同的载荷,加工方法,表面粗糙度及表面硬度下渗硫层的摩擦系数,并对其进行了分析。结果表明:在满足减摩条件下可适当减小渗硫层厚度。研究结果为后续理论研究及渗硫技术的应用提供了试验依据。

     

    Abstract: The sulphurized carbon steel has good anti friction behavior and is widely used in industry. The anti friction behavior of sulphurized carbon steel by means of low temperature ion sulphurizing has been studied with pin on ring tester. The effect of variables such as load, thickness of sulphurized layer, surface roughness, and surface hardness on the friction coefficient has been analyzed.The results showed that the thickness of sulphurized layer could be somewhat thin at without sacrifice of the friction reduction performance.
