磨合过程对流体润滑性能影响的数值分析数学模型

Numerical Analysis for Influences of Running-in Process on the Lubrication Properties MathematicalModel

  • 摘要: 建立了非牛顿流体热弹流润滑数学模型,对重载条件下磨合过程进行数值分析,在考虑具有粘塑性本构的非牛顿流体时,采用了高效粘度法对建立的方程进行了解算。结果表明,热解的摩擦系数明显低于等温解的摩擦系数,当进一步考虑流体的非牛顿效应时,不仅温升的结果更为符合实际,摩擦系数也更接近试验结果。

     

    Abstract: Anon-Newtonian thermal elastohydrodynamic lubric ation model is set up to analyze running-in process under heavy load.The equiv alent viscosity method is used to account for the visco-plastic characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid. Thenumerical solutions are presented. The results sho w that the friction coefficient of thermal EHL solutions is much lower thanthat of the isothermal one. However, the temperature rise of thermal EHL solution u nder heavy load is irrationally high. Whenthe rheological effect of non-Newton ian fluid is considered, the temperature rise drops to reasonable level and the frictioncoefficient is relatively comparable to the tested counterpart.
