Abstract: The tribological properties of antimony impregnated graphite were studied in this paper. The results shown that this impregnated graphite is of the good self-lubricating property and it is a thermostable, and wear-resistant material. Antimony impregnated graphite can be used as the self-lubricating material for various underwater pump's guide and thrust bearingSi the seal ring of pump machinery, the bearings of different flowmeters and the step brass used for working conditions of high temperature and dry friction.
