圆形瓦推力轴承动特性研究

Calculation and Analysis on Dynamic Coefficients of Circular Pivot-pad Thrust Bearing

  • 摘要: 建立了圆形可倾瓦推力轴承动特性计算的数学模型,考虑瓦变形对轴承性能的影响,对中心支承条件下的圆瓦推力轴承的动特性数学模型进行了有限元求解,得出了圆瓦推力轴承的动特性系数值,同时讨论了弹簧支承时的弹簧刚度选取依据,所得结果可用于指导圆形瓦推力轴承的设计和应用。

     

    Abstract: A model of calculating dynamic coefficients of circular pivot pad thrust bearing is derived and the equations about the properties are solved by using finite element method. The dynamic coefficients of the bearing are given and the influence of pad deformation on dynamic coefficients is analyzed. The method to select the stiffness coefficients of pad supporting spring is discussed. It is assumed that the method and calculating dada can be used as references in designing and running of circular pivoted pad thrust bearing.
