一种搪瓷涂层的磨料磨损性能研究

Abrasive Wear Behavior of an Enamel Coating

  • 摘要: 利用转盘式磨料磨损试验机考察了非晶态搪瓷涂层的磨料磨损性能,并分析了磨损机理。结果表明:搪瓷涂层磨损受磨料颗粒的种类及尺寸以及滑动速度的影响,其磨损机制主要为脆性剥落;这种脆性剥落源于滑动过程中涂层磨损表面的裂纹形成及其扩展。

     

    Abstract: The abrasive wear behavior and mechanism of an enamel coating were investigated with a rotary disk type abrasive wear machine. The worn surfaces of the enamel coating abraded with various sands were observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). As the results, the abrasive wear of enamel coating is governed by the sliding velocity and the type and size of the abrasive particles. The abrasive wear of enamel coating is characterized by spalling and microcrack, which are attributed to the formation of microcracks on the worn coating surface and the propagation of the microcracks.
