烷基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液作为润滑剂的摩擦学性能
Tribological Behavior of the Ionic Liquid of Alkylimidazolium Tetrafluoroborate as an Additive

摘要: 制备了烷基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液并考察了其作为钢/钢、钢/铝、钢/铜、钢/单晶硅、钢/陶瓷及陶瓷/陶瓷等摩擦副的润滑剂时的摩擦学性能。结果表明,离子液润滑下的摩擦系数极低,其抗磨摩性能优于膦嗪及全氟聚醚等添加剂,是一种很有前途的多用途润滑剂。Abstract: Ionic liquid of alkylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate was prepared and evaluated as a kind of promising versatile lubricant for the contact of steel/steel, steel/aluminum, steel/copper, steel/SiO 2, Si 3N 4/SiO 2, steel/Si(100), steel/sialon ceramic, and Si 3N 4/sialon ceramic. As the results, the synthetic ionic liquid shows excellent tribological behavior and is superior to phosphorzene and perfluoropolyether in terms of friction reduction ability and load carrying capacity.
