Abstract:
This paper aims to fuse the transformed overbased calcium sulfonate and titanium complex grease, get a new sulfoacid calcium-titanium complex grease, and its physical and chemical properties, tribological properties and tribological mechanism were studied and analyzed. The results show that the new sulfoacid calcium - titanium complex grease generated friction protective films, effectively reducing the friction coefficient and showed excellent lubricating properties under room temperature conditions. Friction surface generated more sulfate-containing components, and reduced titanium dioxide content under high temperature conditions, show excellent reducing friction properties and weak anti-wear properties.
