激光处理对2Cr13不锈钢微动磨损性能的影响

The Effects of Laser Treatments on the Fretting Wear Properties of 2Cr13 Stainless Steel

  • 摘要: 利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电于显微镜分析了激光相变硬化、激光熔凝渗碳和未经激光处理的2Cr13不锈钢的相组成和显微组织,用显微硬度计和SRV型微动磨损试验机分别测量了两种激光处理硬化层的显微硬度沿层深的分布及其与基体2Cr13不锈钢的相对耐磨性,并且结合对微动磨痕表面形貌的扫描电子显微镜观察,发现激光相变硬化和激光熔凝渗碳处理可以分别使2Cr13不锈钢的微动耐磨性提高4.48倍和1.81倍。这两种激光处理之所以都能够大幅度地提高2Cr13不锈钢的微动磨损性能,是因其使这种不锈钢的主要微动磨损机制由粘着擦伤和严重的塑性变形转变成了氧化磨损和脱层损伤。

     

    Abstract: The phase compositions and microstructures of laser transformation hardened, lasermelt-solidification cemented and untreated 2Cr13 stainless steel were investigated using X-raydiffraction and scanning electron microscope. The microhardness distributions and fretting wearresistances of the three specimens were also measured using microhardness tester and fretting wearmachine of model SRV, respectively. Combining the observation of fretted surface,we can draw aconclusion that laser transformation hardening and laser melt-solidification cementation make thefretting wear resistance of 2Cr 13 stainless steel increases by 1.81 and 4.48 times more than theuntreated one. The reason is that the laser treatments change the fretting wear mechanisms fromsevere scratching and adhesion to oxidation wear and delamination damage.
