国产润滑脂流变参数的确定与研究

Study on Rheological Parameters of Domestic Lubricating Grease

  • 摘要: 用HAAKE流变仪确定了9种具有不同稠化剂结构的润滑脂和7种具有不同基础油粘度及稠化剂含量的锂基脂的流变参考,考察了稠化剂的结构和含量,以及温度、基础油粘度睡剪切时间对流变参数的影响,对9种脂的触变性作了对比研究。结果表明:这种润滑脂的强度极限均随温度升高而降低,但其塑性粘度和塑性指数的变化均无规律性,不含添加剂的不同润滑脂随稠化剂含量的增大和基础油粘度的减小,其强度极限和塑性粘度都逐渐增大,而塑

     

    Abstract: The rheological parameters of nine lubricating greases with different gelatinizer structure and seven lithium greases with different base oil viscosity and gelatinizer mass fraction were determined by means of HAAKE rheological instrument. The effects of gelatinizer structure and content, temperature, base oil viscosity and shear time on the rheological para meters were investigated. The comparison of thixotropy of the nine greases was made. The results showed that the strength limit decreases with the increase of temperature, but the plastic viscosity and the plastic index have no regular changes at all. With increase of the gelatinizer mass fraction and decrease of the base oil viscosity, the strength limit and the plastic viscosity of the grease, KG*2in which no additive is included, KG*2increased gradually but the plastic index decreased. Among the nine greases mentioned above, non soap grease such as polyurea grease and bentone grease has better thixotropic stability.
