磨粒磨损中磨粒几何外形参数的分析方法

Numerical Calculation of grain Contour Shapes Applied to Abrasion

  • 摘要: 根据Fourier级数的频域分析方法,并且运用快速Fourier变换的算法,在IBM-PC机上通过自编程序进行了不同磨粒几何外形参数的数值计算,利用这种计算方法,可以获得磨粒尖锐度、粗糙度和轮廓的角形特征等信息,是对不同磨粒外部几何形状进行比较判别的一种有效方法。

     

    Abstract: Wear of materials extremedependson contour shapes of graih,Baseed on Fourierseries analysis in frequency domain,the numerical calculation of grain contour shapes is completed in personal computer.Grain sharpness,roughness and other contour parameters areeasily obtained from the numerical calculation. This provides an effective method for determingand comparing the contour shapes of different batches of grains. By using three-body abrasiontests ,the sensibility of different shape parameters to change of grain batches is evaluated.It isshown that the parameter Va,the sharpness of grain,is much more sensitive to change ofgrain batches than other kinds of parameters. Thus,the parameter Va should be firstly chosento evaluate the contour shapes of grain in abrasion,
