Abstract:
Aiming at the complicated problems of the wear behavior of the armoured face conveyor in the actual working condition and the environment medium, the wear tests of middle pan against the mixture of the coal, gangue and water were carried out. Using the statistical principle, the interaction technology and the modern tribology theory, the experimental data were studied and analyzed. The results show that the wear increased with the increase of contact pressure and sliding speed. Under fixed contact pressure and sliding speed, the wear decreased with the increasing ratio of water in the mixture of water, coal and gangue; The wear mechanism of the plate were mainly abrasive wear in mild wear regime, adhesive wear and corrosion wear in moderate wear regime and fatigue wear in severe wear regime.
