微油滴供油条件下弹流润滑行为的数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Behavior under Micro Oil Droplet Supply

摘要: 油气润滑条件下润滑油以微油滴形式供给摩擦副, 基于此建立了简化的单个微油滴供油弹流润滑模型, 模拟了微油滴通过弹流接触区的全过程. 结果表明: 卷吸速度和润滑油黏度会影响微油滴的扩展距离, 进而使接触区油膜的形成产生差异. 卷吸速度越高, 或润滑油黏度越大, 微油滴的扩展距离就会越小, 油膜仅在接触区中部区域产生, 微油滴类似硬质颗粒般在接触表面挤压出凹坑穿过接触区. 理论结果和实验结果对比, 具有良好的一致性.Abstract: In oil-air lubrication lubricants are supplied by micro oil droplets to tribo-pairs. With supplying a single oil droplet an EHL model is proposed to numerically simulate the transient process of building lubricating film. The results show that entrainment speed and oil viscosity have significantlyeffects on the expansion distance of a micro oil droplet, and then led to different film generation behaviors in the contact zone. The higher entrainment speed or the bigger oil viscosity was, the smaller the expansion distance of micro oil droplet was. Consequently oil film emerged only in the middle of the contact zone. The micro oil droplet just as hard particles went through contact area with dimple-shaped deformation on the solid surface. The theoretical results had good agreement with the experimental results.
