Progress and Prospect of High Temperature Lubrication Coatings

  • 摘要: 本文中主要回顾了高温润滑涂层方面的研究进展,首先概述了常见固体润滑剂的适用温度范围. 随后,总结了制备高温润滑涂层的各种工艺,并指出不同的制造方法如何影响涂层的机械强度和使用寿命. 然后重点介绍了应用于不同基材的高温固体润滑涂层,从温度和化学成分变化的角度探讨了近年来的热门研究课题—自适应润滑涂层. 最后,简要概述了高温润滑涂层未来可能的研究方向和发展趋势.

     

    Abstract: This paper primarily reviewed the advancements in high-temperature lubricating coatings. The first section outlined the applicable temperature ranged of common solid lubricants. Then, the second section summarized various processes for preparing high-temperature lubricating coatings, noting how different fabrication methods impacted the coatings' mechanical strength and lifespan. The third section focused on high-temperature solid lubricating coatings applied to different substrates, This section focused on the research progress of adaptive lubricating coatings from the perspectives of temperature and chemical composition changes, a trending topic in recent years. Finally, the paper briefly outlined potential future research directions and development trends for high-temperature lubricating coatings.
