高含量丁/辛基取代的二苯胺抗氧剂的一步法合成工艺与性能研究

One Step Preparation and Properties of High Content Butyl/Octyl Substituted Diphenylamine Antioxidant

  • 摘要: 以二苯胺和二异丁烯为原料,在酸性催化剂作用下采用一步法合成了丁基、辛基单取代或双取代的混合烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂. 通过调节催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度和反应压力,获得了质量分数较高丁/辛基取代的二苯胺抗氧剂,并将游离胺的质量分数降低至0.50%以下. 采用旋转氧弹法(RPVOT)和加压差热扫描试验法(PDSC)对放大合成产品进行抗氧化性能评定,结果表明合成的二苯胺衍生物具有出色的抗氧化效果,优于市售进口产品,并且能满足船用汽轮机油在低温环境中对流动性的使用需求.

     

    Abstract: Iso-butyl, iso-octyl mono-substituted or double-substituted mixed alkylated diphenylamine antioxidants were synthesized in one step by used diphenylamine and diisobutylene as raw materials under the action of acidic catalysts. By optimizing the process conditions such as catalyst dosage, raw material ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction pressure, a higher mass fraction of butyl/octyl-substituted diphenylamine antioxidant was obtained, and the mass fraction of diphenylamine was reduced to below 0.50%. The antioxidant performance of the amplified synthesized product was evaluated by rotating bomb oxidation test (RPVOT) and pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC). The results showed that the synthesized high content butyl/octyl substituted diphenylamine had excellent antioxidant effects, superior to commercially available imported products, and could meet the low-temperature flowability requirements of marine turbine oil.
